Last week we talked about the recent flood of Colombian coffees in our office. Out of all the fantastic Colombians we’ve had the pleasure of tasting in the past few weeks, one really dazzled our team of evaluators and landed in our upcoming coffee subscription box for March. Here’s what our taster Stephen had to say about it:

This exceptional brew comes from Huila, a growing region in Colombia known for chocolatey, caramelly coffees accented with spicy and savory notes. But this particular selection brings way more citrus to the table than we’re used to seeing - it’s a perfect complement to everything we love so much about Colombian coffees.
Last week was a busy one at the Craft Coffee offices here in Brooklyn. Our team of gold-star coffee experts from around NYC evaluated 20 different coffees. Even though a higher number isn’t necessarilybetter than a lower one, it lets us be more selective when it comes to choosing the best coffees for each of our monthly subscription boxes.
