Pro-Tip Tuesday: The Ultimate Recipe
Before I got into coffee the ratio of coffee/water was always really confusing to me. But Sam Lewontin, our Craft Coffee-coffee expert, gave me this really simple recipe that I can easily remember.
60 grams of coffee per 1 liter of water. Alright, fellow Americans. Don’t freak out. That’s 2.12 ounces per 4.2 cups of water.
